The management of Autoeuropa, the Volkswagen plant in Palmela near Lisbon, has announced its decision to impose new working hours from the end of January 2018. This announcement follows the rejection by factory workers of a pre-agreement on the working conditions necessary for the production of a new model, signed on November 22nd. The management of Autoeuropa met the unions of the company to inform them of its decision.
