Lactalis: the hearing scheduled for March 26 was postponed to allow the parties to come together with a view to negotiating the establishment of a European Works Council. Effat, two Belgian (CSC Alimentation and FGTB Horval), three Italian (FAI-CISL, FLAI-CGIL, UILA-UIL), two Spanish (CCOO de Industria, UGT Fica) and two French (FGACFDT, FGTA FO ) trade union federations are calling for the opening of a negotiation to set up a European Works Council within Lactalis (35000 employees in the EU).
