The CCOO and UGT trade unions have signed a protocol with Telefónica’s management containing health and safety standards aimed at both securing employee protection for when the Covid-19 state of alert is lifted and ensuring that business resumes alongside the best guarantees over employee health. The protocol provides for a four-stage resumption of activity depending on how the health situation develops, with very precise rules on working conditions set out for each stage.
