The European market leader in PVC-based thermoplastic solutions, Benvic Europe, has established a group committee, by means of an agreement signed on 22 October 2018, under French legislation. The innovation lies in the fact that this agreement also covers its European subsidiaries, and draws its inspiration from the provisions of Directive 2009/38 on European Works Councils, even though the company has only 250 employees. Benvic Europe, which belongs to the Italian investment company Investindustrial, owns sites in Spain, France, Italy and Poland.
