the Legrand group management and the European Works Council agreed to hold a fortnightly meeting between the management and the European Works Council to monitor the impact of Covid-19 in the various European countries. The Bureau requested that the members of the European Works Council be granted overtime in addition to the hours provided for in the agreement for the exercise of their mandate during the pandemic period. The management was expected to respond to this request on 20 May. Furthermore, "deconfinement" is not discussed within the European Works Council and remains a subject dealt with at the level of each country "without guidelines discussed with the European Works Council", stresses Cristina Filippelli, secretary of the European Works Council.
