On 06 March, Unilever and the EWC signed an agreement on the future of work. President of the Unilever EWC (a workers representative), Herman Soggeberg announced the signing of this agreement that took five months of discussion to conclude. “Productivity gains will be invested into the employees,” he indicated. The agreement is set to be implemented across all countries where Unilever has a presence. More detailed commentary will be forthcoming when the document becomes available.
