On 24 September, the Swedish clothing company’s Italian subsidiary that employs more than 5,000 staff across more than 150 H&M, Cos, and &Other Stories sales outlets signed an agreement with the Filcams-Cgil, Fisasacat-Cisl, and Uiltucs trade unions. Although the agreement does not include productivity related bonuses it does contain a series of measures aimed at improving work organization and achieving a better work-life balance, whilst also bolstering social dialogue.
