Regional publication El Diario Montañés from 10 October has reported that Nissan Motor Ibérica is launching a landmark ‘center’ at its Los Corrales de Buelna facility in the northern region of Cantabria that will focus on training both Nissan staff and employees of Nissan’s suppliers. The 450-m2 center will have a space for occupational risk prevention training and two other spaces for technical training, namely maintenance and foundry manufacturing. More than 600 staff at the facility and its suppliers will be able to augment their occupational risk prevention knowledge and the center will be able to ensure all those working at Los Corrales will have access to sufficient knowledge to be able to apply security standards in line with the facility’s working environment.
