On 19 November, management at DHL Express Italy together with the Filt-Cgil, Fit-Cisl and Uiltrasporti trade unions signed a national framework agreement that aims to regulate abusive recourse to suppliers and to align working and salary conditions throughout the DHL Express network in Italy by eliminating differences in treatment between the group’s direct employees and indirect subcontracted workers (warehouse professionals, drivers, distribution staff, etc.). The agreement must now be approved by the company’s workers’ assemblies.
