On 16 May, the social partners at Germany’s high-end car manufacturer Porsche announced they had signed a company agreement on ‘mobile work’. Among other things, this agreement provides for the possibility of working up to 12 days per month outside the company’s premises, by way of a free ‘technical package’, while still complying with the conditions necessary for the appropriate functioning of the teams. Alongside this Porsche is intending to sharply reduce its office working space by 2025.
